DELIVERY

All paid orders will be shipped within 24 hours after payment has been verified.

For local (Singapore) orders, package usually take approximately 2 – 4 business days to reach you and International orders should take approximately 5 – 14 days to reach you.

At FINE FIND, we offer several shipping options:

  • Singapore Normal Delivery ( 2 - 4 Business Days) :  SGD $1.50 flat 
  • Singapore Registered Delivery ( 1 - 3 Business Days) :  SGD $2.50 flat *regardless of the number of items purchased
  • Singapore 1 Day Express Delivery :  SGD $5.00 flat
  • International Delivery :  SGD $20.00 flat  *flat rate shipping for first item, SGD $5 for each additional item.



RETURNS

We do not allow returns of any item unless there have been a mistake such that the wrong item was delivered or faulty when received. We are unable to accept returns due to unsuitability.

In addition, we will only refund or exchange to a different item only if the item of choice is out of stock. All returns will only be valid within 3 weeks from date of dispatch.

Please note that we only accept returned items that are unworn and unwashed. Items that do not meet these criteria or are non-returnable will be denied.
