I have received a faulty item
We want all our customers to receive quality goods so if you think there is a fault with an item you have received, please let us know straight away by contacting our Customer Care Team.
We will aim to resolve any issue with a faulty item as quickly as possible, but we need you to tell us as soon as you discover the fault so we can resolve the issue for you.
Please include as many details as possible about the order and the problem with the goods and we will get an alternative sorted out for you.

I have received an incorrect item in my order
If you have received an incorrect item, please inform us right away by contacting our Customer Service Team at contact@fine-find.com.
An item is missing from my order
At times, we do not ship out all items at once. If you think you have a missing item, wait 2 - 4 days longer and if you still not received, do not hesitate by contacting our Customer Service Team.
Do you ship to office and varsity dorm?
Yes we do! All you need to do is provide us the full address. Do include the postal code as well.
Do you ship to PO box addresses?
Sorry, we are unable to deliver to PO box addresses throughout the world.
We are able to deliver to your permanent resindential address or place of employment. If you choose to have your order delivered to you at work, please ensure that there will be someone available to take the receipt of the goods.
Will I be charged customs and import charges?
Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel.
Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country.
It might be a good idea to contact your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you are not surprised by charges you were not expecting.
Our returns policy
We do not allow returns of any item unless there have been a mistake such that the wrong item was delivered or faulty when received. We are unable to accept returns due to unsuitability.
In addition, we will only refund or exchange to a different item only if the item of choice is out of stock. All returns will only be valid within 3 weeks from date of dispatch.
Please note that we only accept returned items that are unworn and unwashed. Items that do not meet these criteria or are non-returnable will be denied.

There are a number of ways you can search for a product until you find exactly what you're looking for.
The most relaxing way to shop with us is to browse through the categories at the top of the web-page.
Alternatively, if you know exactly what you want, just type in the product or product name into our search facility (middle top of the Website) and we will find you everything related to your specific search.
Once you have found what you want, click 'add to shopping bag', and when you're done shopping, follow the on screen instructions to fill in your payment and delivery details.
If in any case you are unable to find what you are searching for, please contact our customer care.

Simple answer - yes.
Setting up an account will allow you to order without having to fill in your details every time yo ushop with us, and will give you benefits such as order tracking, regular newsletter, and (our favourite bit) exclusive discounts and special offers.
You can sign up right now, or you can start shopping straight away and set your account up when you check out, whichever suits you best.

We never want to send you something that does not fit properly. Do checkout our size guide prior to purchasing.

How do I pay for my order?
At Fine Find, we give you plenty of payment options and we also take security very seriously.
You may make secure payment using any major credit cards via our Paypal integration.
For local shoppers, you may wish to make payments via internet bank transfer. With this service, we only accept payments from DBS / POSB / UOB only.
I have a discount code. How do I use it in during the payment process?
Be sure to type your discount code when you check out. The discount will then be reflected in your order.
Please always check further terms and conditions supplied with the discount code.
What is the currency used in the website?
Fine Find is based in Singapore and all prices listed are in Singapore dollars. If you are an international customer, you can still shop with us. We ship internationally and we accept payments via major credit cards.

Has my order been shipped out yet?
At Fine Find, we dispatch packages from Monday to Friday excluding weekends and public holidays.
Orders placed and paid between Monday to Friday before 10am GMT 8 will be processed and shipped out on the very same day. All orders placed and paid after 10am GMT 8 from Monday to Friday will process the next business day, excluding public holiday.
You can also track your order by logging into your account.
I would like to know more information on local delivery & international delivery.
For local (Singapore) delivery, all packages are handled by Singapore Post Office.
If you wish to receive your items fast, please opt for “Singapore 1 Day Express Delivery at a flat rate of SGD$5.00.” Make payment before 10am and receive your package the next business day before 6pm.
Normal delivery takes approximately 2 – 4 business days. Tracking of package for this option is also not available hence we will not be held responsible for any lost mail through normal delivery.
We strong advise you to opt for registered mail with tracking capability.
Registered mail is available at a flat rate of SGD$2.50 regardless of the amount of products you order!

We know that delivering what you order, when you want it is the most important thing we have to do. If something goes wrong (yes. It happens at times), then fixing it quickly becomes the only thing we have to do.
